浅谈如何加强城管执法队伍素质建设

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和民主法制的不断完善,城市执法的观念也在不断的发生着变化,时代的发展要求以人为本,文明执法。在新的历史时期,加强城管执法队伍的整体素养,增强队伍的凝聚力和战斗力,是社会法制的具体要求,也是城管执法部门所要解决的重点课题。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the perfection of democracy and legal system, the concept of urban law enforcement is constantly changing, the development of the times requires people-oriented, civilized law enforcement. In the new historical period, strengthen the overall quality of urban management law enforcement team. Enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team is the specific requirement of the social legal system and the key task to be solved by the urban management law enforcement department.
