【摘要】：大学生自治组织是由在校大学生为主体，以实现大学生全面健全发展为目标的独立组织，是现代大学生生活不可或缺的一部分。大学生自治组织，肩负着锻炼大学生社会民主自治能力的重大使命，在日常生活的应用中增强大学生的民主素质和法治素养。大学生自治组织的发展在我国社会现代化进程中作为重要的要素，在和谐社会的建构中起着“潜在先锋”的作用。因而论文的第一部分详细地说明了问题的提出依据，具体地分析了国内外的研究动态以及问题的研究意义，，介绍了课题的研究思路与方法。指出了课题研究的不足和创新点。论文第二部分介绍了大学生自治组织的基本知识。层层解剖了大学生自治组织的相关概念、类型、特征与功能这几个方面。论文第三部分是问卷调查及结果分析。本次调查的目的是对大学生自治组织在社会建构中的作用进行调研，同时了解大学生自治组织运作的经验和不足，总结有效的管理方法，使大学生自治组织更好地发展与相互合作，为培养良好的政治素养、繁荣校园文化、提高和完善大学生的综合素质能力作贡献。对得出的结果予以逐一分析，从而得出大学生自治组织在市民社会构建中的具体作用。当期大学生自治组织的力量越来越强大，它的作用也日益凸显。社会的前进需要自治组织的发展。这就需要健全学生参与高校民主管理的大学生自治组织。大学生自治组织作为一项重要的社会资本是构建市民社会的中坚力量。高校加强管理工作与大学生自治组织的行为形成良性互动，这样可以进一步完善大学生的民主知识、培养积极的民主态度，同时通过民主实践和公众参与增强民主能力，以此来提高大学生的民主素质，这是一条不错的路径。论文最后一部分，分析了当前大学生自治组织发展现状意义和新趋势。介绍了国外大学生自治组织的培养经验，以及由此对我国大学生自治组织建设的启示，提出了大学生自治组织与社会发展的良性互动建议，并且由此提出大学生自治组织发展的对策：党和政府及学校要重视大学生自治组织的发展，减少对大学生自治组织发展的限制。引导、扶持自治组织的建设。加强管理、消除大学生自治组织发展带来的消极作用。
[Abstract]:College students' autonomous organization is an independent organization with the goal of realizing the all-round and sound development of college students, and is an indispensable part of modern college students' life. It shoulders the great mission of training the ability of democratic autonomy of college students, and strengthens the democratic quality and the accomplishment of rule of law in the application of daily life. The development of university students' autonomous organization is an important element in the process of social modernization in our country. In the construction of a harmonious society, it plays a "potential vanguard" role. Therefore, the first part of the paper explains the basis of the problem in detail, and analyzes the research trends and significance of the problem at home and abroad. This paper introduces the research ideas and methods of the subject, points out the deficiency and innovation of the research. The second part of the paper introduces the basic knowledge of the university students' autonomous organization, and dissects the related concepts and types of the university student's autonomous organization layer by layer. The third part of the thesis is questionnaire survey and result analysis. The purpose of this investigation is to investigate the role of college students' autonomous organizations in social construction. At the same time, we should understand the experience and deficiency of the university students' autonomous organization, sum up the effective management method, make the university student's autonomous organization develop and cooperate with each other better, in order to cultivate the good political accomplishment and prosper the campus culture, To improve and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students. The results are analyzed one by one, and the concrete role of college students' autonomous organizations in the construction of civil society is obtained. The strength of college students' autonomous organizations is becoming more and more powerful in the current period.
