叠层法制备宽阻尼温域梯度交联聚合物及其性能

【摘要】:以二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)、D400和环氧树脂(E44)为原料,通过叠层法制备了梯度交联聚合物材料。用扫描电镜、拉力试验机和高级扩展流变仪研究了固化剂组份对制备的梯度交联聚合物材料结构、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响规律。结果表明,调整单层聚合物的交联密度可得到用于不同使用温度范围的宽玻璃化转变温度,且力学性能优异的无微相分离结构梯度交联聚合物材料。梯度交联聚合物的玻璃化转变温度范围最大可达130℃且峰值半高宽为81℃,有效阻尼温域(tanδ0.3)为61.57℃,处于中温温度范围内。
[Abstract]:Gradient crosslinked polymer materials were prepared by lamination method using diaminodiphenylmethane (D400) and epoxy resin (E44) as raw materials. The effects of curing agent composition on the structure, mechanical properties and damping properties of gradient crosslinked polymer materials prepared by tensile force tester and advanced spreading rheometer were studied. The wide glass transition temperature can be obtained by adjusting the crosslinking density of monolayer polymers.
