倾转浇注法制备半固态浆料的数值模拟

【摘要】:运用倾转浇注法制备了半固态浆料,采用AnyCasting模拟软件确定了临界倾转速度,研究了浇注温度、料筒材料和料筒壁厚对合金液与料筒间的热平衡的影响,最后通过半固态浆料制备试验进行了验证。结果表明,当倾转速度≥18(°)/s时,合金熔体流动速度0.5m/s并存在涌动波;当倾转速度≤6(°)/s时,合金熔体流动速度0.5m/s,未产生涌动波。料筒材料、料筒壁厚和浇注温度严重影响着倾转混合过程中合金液的冷却曲线。料筒壁厚的影响最大,浇注温度的影响次之,料筒材料的影响最小。
