社会主义和谐社会视野下的城市社区建设问题研究

【摘要】：党的十六届四中全会上提出的构建社会主义和谐社会的思想，，是中国共产党人对马克思主义理论的继承、发展和创新。社会主义和谐社会是指构成社会的各个要素、各个方面达到和睦、融洽和协调的状态。民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处是和谐社会的基本特征。社会主义和谐社会思想的提出，为城市社区建设提供理论指导，而城市社区建设则是社会主义和谐社会思想的具体要求和实践载体。南宁市兴宁区望州南社区在城市社区建设中取得良好成效，先后荣获了“全国和谐邻里建设示范社区”、“全国先进基层党组织”等140多项全国、自治区、南宁市和兴宁区的荣誉称号，具有先进性、典型性和代表性。通过对望州南社区的实地调研，对其建设成效和存在的问题进行分析和研究，进而从社会主义和谐社会视角提出加快推进和谐城市社区建设的对策，即加强宣传教育，实现社区居民的自我身心和谐；加强社区管理，实现社区人与人的和谐；加强环境治理，实现社区人与自然的和谐。这些对策建议可以为其它城市社区建设提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The idea of building a harmonious socialist society put forward at the fourth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee is the inheritance, development and innovation of Marxist theory by the Chinese Communists.Socialist harmonious society is the state of harmony, harmony and harmony.Democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature are the basic characteristics of a harmonious society.The idea of socialist harmonious society provides theoretical guidance for the construction of urban community, and the construction of urban community is the concrete requirement and practical carrier of socialist harmonious society.The Wangzhou South Community of Xingning District of Nanning has achieved good results in the construction of urban communities, winning the title of "Building a Model Community of National harmonious neighborhoods", "National Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" and more than 140 national and autonomous regions, etc.Nanning City and Xingning District honorary title, with advanced, typical and representative.Through the field investigation of the south community of Wangzhou, the paper analyzes and studies its construction effect and existing problems, and then puts forward the countermeasures of speeding up the construction of harmonious urban community from the perspective of socialist harmonious society, that is, strengthening propaganda and education.Realize the self-physical and mental harmony of the community residents, strengthen the community management, realize the harmony between the community people and people, strengthen the environmental management, realize the harmony between the community people and the nature.These countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for other urban community construction.
