【摘要】：正定价:42.00元公共理性及其背后的罗尔斯式的社会契约论与以哈贝马斯为代表的慎议民主理论之间的争论,构成了当代政治哲学中最具持久活力的学术争鸣。本书从公共推理的实践理性能力与公民们可以共享的公共理由这两个维度出发,厘清了公共理性的理念,并在澄清慎议民主理论的要核及其内在张力的基础上,将公共理性理念阐述为一种更高阶、更融贯的慎议民主模式,同时揭示了其扩展公共领域的政治与道德潜力。
[Abstract]:Is Rawls price: 42 yuan of public reason and the theory of social contract with Habermas as the representative of the deliberative democracy theory argument between a lasting vitality of the contemporary political philosophy in the academic debate of public reason. This book from the practice of rational reasoning and ability of public citizens to share this in two dimensions, clarifies the idea of public reason, and on the basis of clarifying the deliberative democracy theory to nuclear and the tension on the public rational concept for a higher order, more coherent deliberative democracy model, and reveals the political and moral potential expansion of the public sector.
