中国地方官员的复合民主价值观

【摘要】：中国人民主价值观的各种调查结果一直存在着矛盾和分歧。文献分析表明,先前调查在民主价值观的测量方式上有两个主要问题:一是假定中国人拥有某种同质性的民主价值观,并以由当代西方主流民主理论为依据而发展出的测量手段进行测量;二是将对民主的理解等同于对民主的支持。依据古典和现代民主理论,结合中国政治传统,通过重新设计测量方式,并以地方官员这一特殊群体为样本,本文研究发现:在中国地方官员中存在着直接民主、代议民主和为民做主3种纯粹类型和4种混合类型的民主价值观。同时,对民主的理解与对民主的支持之间,并不存在显著关联。应该用一套复合的民主价值观来更好地理解中国地方官员的民主价值观。
[Abstract]:There have been contradictions and divergences in the survey of Chinese democratic values.The literature analysis shows that there are two main problems in the measurement of democratic values in the previous survey: first, it is assumed that the Chinese have some homogenous democratic values.The second is to equate the understanding of democracy with the support of democracy.According to the classical and modern democratic theory, combined with the Chinese political tradition, by redesigning the measurement method and taking the special group of local officials as the sample, this paper finds that there is direct democracy among the local officials in China.The democratic values of three pure types and four mixed types of representative democracy and ruling for the people.At the same time, there is no significant correlation between the understanding of democracy and its support.A composite set of democratic values should be used to better understand the democratic values of Chinese local officials.
