用创新思维破解基层法治难题

【摘要】：推动司法体制改革,深化基层法治创新,构建和谐乡村是平安中国建设机制下的应有之义。当前基层社会治理法治效能始终难以满足社会的需求,传统基层法治建设问题较多。在平安中国建设背景下,基层法治创新成为社会主义新农村建设的必然趋势。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to promote the reform of judicial system, deepen the innovation of grass-roots rule of law and build a harmonious countryside.At present, it is difficult to meet the needs of the society, and there are many problems in the construction of the rule of law at the traditional grass-roots level.Under the background of the peaceful construction of China, the innovation of the grass-roots rule of law has become the inevitable trend of the construction of the new socialist countryside.
