简论生存权和发展权是首要的基本人权

【摘要】：党和国家一再强调生存权和发展权是首要的基本人权。在全面推进中国特色社会主义人权事业中,我国人民的生存权和发展权得到了很好的保障和落实。党的十八大报告强调要更好地实现科学发展,加强民主法治,高度关注民生,坚持公平正义,人权得到切实尊重和保障。展望未来,我国人民的生存权和发展权必将得到更大更好地发展。
[Abstract]:The Party and the state have repeatedly stressed that the right to survival and development are the primary basic human rights. In comprehensively promoting the cause of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, our people's right to subsistence and development has been well guaranteed and implemented. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress stressed the need to better realize scientific development, strengthen democracy and the rule of law, pay close attention to the people's livelihood, uphold fairness and justice, and ensure that human rights are respected and safeguarded. Looking forward to the future, our people's rights to survival and development will be further and better developed.
