【摘要】：民主生活会是党员领导干部交流思想,开展批评和自我批评的重要方式,可以有效化解党内矛盾、增强党的团结,是中国共产党必须长久坚持的一项优良传统。党的十八大以来,作为新一届中央领导集体的核心,习近平以马列主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系有关党内民主生活会的理论为指导,立足全面从严治党的新形势,从继承党的优良传统、保持党的先进性和纯洁性出发,结合多年来在地方和中央执政的实践经历,提出了新时期党内民主生活会方面的一系列新思想。习近平党内民主生活会思想的主要内容体现为:党内民主生活会的功能定位是以增强党内生活的政治性、原则性、战斗性为总要求,以提高领导班子发现和解决自身问题的能力为着力点,以用好批评与自我批评的武器为具体指导,以坚持“惩前毖后、治病救人”为基本方针,以加强领导班子的团结统一为重要目标。党内民主生活会的基本原则是始终坚持执行民主集中制,坚持领导带头,坚持开门搞活动,坚持“团结-批评-团结”的公式,坚持党性原则。党内民主生活会的流程要求是充分准备,营造良好氛围;敞开心扉,做实谈心谈话;深挖根源,写好剖析材料;实事求是,认真开展批评;即知即改,狠抓整改落实。重点解决当前民主生活会中存在的“浅”、“怕”、“泛”、“诚”、“改”等问题。习近平的党内民主生活会思想具有高度的政治性、突出的务实性和明确的问题导向性,对于丰富和发展马克思主义的党内民主思想,完善党内民主生活会制度,严格党内政治生活,提高领导班子的党性修养,密切党同人民群众的血肉联系具有十分重要的作用。
