从软法到硬法:高职素质教育法治保障之完善

【摘要】：高职素质教育是国家教育主管部门所极力倡导的,但目前其开展主要依靠一些政策性文件,即"软法"的保障和支撑。通过对相关"软法"和"硬法"的分析比对,不难发现在依法治校背景下,有关高职素质教育的立法已明显滞后,为此需要通过对法律、法规的制定和修改,来完善高职素质教育的法治保障机制。
[Abstract]:The quality education of higher vocational education is advocated by the competent department of national education, but at present it mainly depends on some policy documents, that is, the guarantee and support of "soft law". Through the analysis and comparison of relevant "soft laws" and "hard laws", it is not difficult to find that the legislation on quality education in higher vocational education has lagged behind under the background of administering schools according to law. Therefore, it is necessary to make and amend laws and regulations. To improve the quality of higher vocational education protection mechanism of the rule of law.
