法治人才培养中实践教学模式的中国探索:“同步实践教学”

【摘要】："同步实践教学"模式、理念的提出和坚持,推动知识教学与实践教学在法治人才培养中同步进行,推动实践教学全程化、实体化、常态化贯穿于法治人才培养的始终;推动社会优势资源与高校资源的整合,探索全方位、无缝式衔接的法治人才培养机制,实现知识教学与实践教学、职业教学与伦理教学、人才培养与社会需求、法学院校与实务单位四维立体同步的嵌入式、交互式、贯通式实践教学体系。同步实践教学模式、理念的提出和坚持,同时解决了当前法治人才培养中的三个核心问题:一是法治人才培养共同体的建立和运行;二是法学教育中知识教学和实践教学的关系重新定位;三是从一个侧面回答法治人才培养中"教什么"和"怎么教"的问题。
[Abstract]:The mode of "synchronous practice teaching", the idea puts forward and insists, promotes the knowledge teaching and the practice teaching to carry on simultaneously in the training of qualified personnel of rule of law, promotes the practice teaching to turn into the whole process, the materialization, the normalization runs through the rule of law talented person training from beginning to end; To promote the integration of social advantage resources and university resources, to explore the all-round, seamless and seamless training mechanism of talents by law, to realize knowledge teaching and practical teaching, vocational teaching and ethics teaching, talent training and social needs. The four-dimensional three-dimensional synchronization between law colleges and practice units is embedded, interactive and practical teaching system. At the same time, it solves the three core problems in the training of talents under the rule of law: first, the establishment and operation of the community of cultivation of talents under the rule of law; Second, the relationship between knowledge teaching and practice teaching in law education is reoriented, and the third is to answer the questions of "what to teach" and "how to teach" in the cultivation of qualified personnel under the rule of law from one side.
