彩色镀膜玻璃的溅射法制备及其环境稳定性研究

【摘要】:经过膜系设计,以TiO_2和SiO_2为介质膜,采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,制备了不同颜色的镀膜玻璃,计算了不同颜色玻璃的色坐标。用XPS表征了TiO_2薄膜中Ti元素价态以及化学计量比;用紫外-可见光谱仪测试了复合膜选择性反射的特性;通过将镀膜玻璃浸泡于酸、碱中测试了其环境稳定性。测试结果表明,复合膜具有较强的抗碱能力,但其抗酸腐蚀能力较弱,随着腐蚀时间的延长,反射谱线向短波方向漂移且峰值降低;同时,也分析了腐蚀机理和谱线漂移的原因。
[Abstract]:The coating glass with different colors was prepared by using TiO _ 2 and SiO _ 2 as dielectric films , and the color coordinates of different color glass were calculated by magnetron sputtering coating . The environmental stability of the composite membrane was measured by XPS . The results show that the composite membrane has stronger alkali resistance , but its acid corrosion resistance is weak . As the corrosion time is prolonged , the reflection lines drift toward the short wave direction and the peak value decreases ; meanwhile , the corrosion mechanism and the cause of spectral line drift are also analyzed .
