【摘要】：正为适应我国国家安全面临的新形势、新挑战、新任务,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了总体国家安全观。2015年7月1日,第十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议审议通过了《国家安全法》。《国家安全法》体现了以总体国家安全观为指引、以法治为保障两个鲜明特色。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the new situation, new challenges and new tasks faced by China's national security, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward the overall concept of national security. On July 1, 2015, The 15th session of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress deliberated and adopted the National Security Law, which embodies the two distinct characteristics of taking the overall concept of national security as the guide and the rule of law as the guarantee.
