【摘要】：传统法治理念作为中华民族法治理念的理性集合,在法与礼的雕模与对峙中逐渐发展凝聚,传统的法治思维和社会运转机制也随着传统法治的礼法并重而迈进,推动着社会治理模式、德化转型和思维移植,引导着传统社会伦理道德规范的社会红线划定与勘界。
[Abstract]:As a rational collection of the Chinese nation's concept of rule of law, the traditional concept of rule of law has gradually developed and condensed in the process of carving models and confrontations between law and ritual, and the traditional thinking of the rule of law and the mechanism of social operation have also stride forward with the equal emphasis of the traditional rule of law. It promotes the mode of social governance, the transformation of morality and the transplantation of thinking, and guides the demarcation and demarcation of the social red line of traditional social ethics.
