水分散聚合法制备聚丙烯酰胺乳液

【摘要】:聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为一种常用的水溶性聚合物,已广泛应用于采油、水处理、造纸和采矿等行业。本文受有关生产厂家委托,仿制合成稳定性好、溶解迅速、使用性能好的一种进口阳离子水包水型聚丙烯酰胺产品,质量达到厂家提供的样品性能。 本文首先选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为分散稳定剂,过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,用水分散聚合方法合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,用红外光谱仪、乌氏粘度计、旋转粘度计对产品进行表征,考察了分散剂用量、单体浓度、单体配比、硫酸铵浓度、引发剂浓度和引发温度等参数对聚合物特性粘数和稳定性的影响,但产品的稳定性不是很好。 接下来用溶解性更好的阳离子单体的聚合物作为分散稳定剂,以水溶性偶氮化合物偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐(V50)为引发剂,合成了水溶性阳离子共聚物PAM乳液,同样用红外光谱仪、乌氏粘度计、旋转粘度计对产品进行表征,考察了分散稳定剂分子量及用量、单体配比、单体浓度、硫酸钱用量、引发剂用量及反应温度等条件对分散聚合的影响,所制备产品的稳定性与进口产品相当,其特性粘数及红外图谱与厂家提供样品一致。 用某厂采矿废水作为模拟废水,将自制的特性粘数分别为4.6dL/g、3.8dL/g的两种产品与厂家样品进行絮凝效果对比实验,用可见紫外分光光度计测其上层清液透光率,结果表明:特性粘数为4.6dL/g的自制产品与厂家样品效果接近,送小试样品给厂家试用,基本达到进口产品性能,有待进一步放大试验后,进行中试。
[Abstract]:Polyacrylamide (PAM), as a common water-soluble polymer, has been widely used in oil recovery, water treatment, paper making and mining industries. In this paper, a kind of imported cationic water-in-water polyacrylamide product with good stability, rapid dissolution and good performance is commissioned by the manufacturer. The quality of the product is up to the performance of the sample provided by the manufacturer. In this paper, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used as dispersion stabilizer and ammonium persulfate / sodium bisulfite as initiator to synthesize cationic polyacrylamide by water dispersion polymerization. The effects of dispersant dosage, monomer concentration, monomer ratio, ammonium sulfate concentration, initiator concentration and initiation temperature on the intrinsic viscosity and stability of the polymer were investigated. But the stability of the product is not very good. Then the water-soluble cationic copolymer PAM emulsion was synthesized by using polymer of better solubility cationic monomer as dispersion stabilizer and water-soluble azo compound azo diisobutyl amidine hydrochloride as initiator. The effects of molecular weight and dosage of dispersant stabilizer, monomer ratio, monomer concentration, amount of sulfuric acid, amount of initiator and reaction temperature on dispersion polymerization were investigated. The stability of the prepared products is similar to that of the imported products, and the intrinsic viscosity and infrared spectra are consistent with the samples provided by the manufacturers. Using the mining wastewater of a certain plant as the simulated wastewater, the flocculating effect of the two kinds of products with intrinsic viscosity of 4.6 dL / g or 3.8 dL / g were compared with the samples of the manufacturer. The transmittance of the upper layer was measured by visible ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results show that the effect of the self-made products with intrinsic viscosity of 4.6dL/g is close to that of the samples of the manufacturers. The small scale samples are sent to the manufacturers for trial, and the properties of imported products are basically achieved. After the further amplification test, the pilot test is carried out.
