自孕育法制备ZA27合金半固态浆料水淬组织

【摘要】:采用自孕育法制备了ZA27合金半固态浆料,研究了不同熔体处理温度、等温保温温度和等温保温时间对ZA27合金半固态浆料水淬组织的影响。结果表明,自孕育法制备半固态浆料,其形核包括两个阶段,能够有效细化ZA27合金的晶粒,获得细小的蔷薇状等轴晶。在等温保温球化过程中,随等温保温时间的延长,平均晶粒尺寸不断增加,形状因子先减小后增大。适合ZA27合金半固态浆料的等温保温温度为470℃,等温保温时间为3min,平均晶粒尺寸为60.02μm。
[Abstract]:Semi-solid slurry of ZA27 alloy was prepared by self-inoculation method. The effects of melt treatment temperature, isothermal holding temperature and isothermal holding time on water quenching microstructure of ZA27 alloy semi-solid slurry were studied. The results show that the nucleation of semisolid slurry prepared by self-inoculation process can effectively refine the grain size of ZA27 alloy and obtain fine rose-shaped equiaxed grains. In the process of isothermal spheroidization, the average grain size increases with the prolongation of the isothermal holding time, and the shape factor decreases first and then increases.
