让法治为城市建设定规矩

【摘要】：法治城市是推进法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设的重要载体,既反映了法治国家与法治政府的承接,也实现了法治政府与法治社会的统一,还体现了法治社会与法治国家的呼应。法治城市建设应遵循一定的法秩序规则,让权力制衡、权利保障和程序规范等各个构成要素成为一个有机整体,相互制约、相互协调。
[Abstract]:The city ruled by law is an important carrier to promote the construction of a country, a government and a society under the rule of law, which not only reflects the undertaking of the country ruled by law and the government by law, but also realizes the unity of the government under the rule of law and the society under the rule of law. It also reflects the echo of a society ruled by law and a country ruled by law. The construction of a city under the rule of law should follow certain rules of law and order, and let the elements of power balance, rights guarantee and procedural norms become an organic whole, restrict each other and coordinate with each other.
