论我国政治民主发展过程中的多元因素

【摘要】：改革开放30年来,经济不断繁荣与发展,在此过程中,由于市场参与主体的多元化发展以及市场主体的多元利益需求的形成,逐步形成了维护人民多元利益的各种自治的社会团体、社会组织以及各种各样的利益集团。并且在此过程中,党和政府为适应其发展,也不断改革与完善了各种相关制度,比如人民代表大会制度,政治协商制度、听证制度、基层自治制度、信访制度。本文立足于多元主义民主理论中社会制约理论对中国政治民主发展过程中的多元因素进行梳理与整合,以探索协调各种利益、解决各种矛盾、促进社会主义民主不断完善的途径与方法,从而使我国社会主义民主不断适应社会多元化发展的要求,促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
[Abstract]:During the 30 years of reform and opening up, the economy has continued to flourish and develop. In the process, due to the diversified development of the market participants and the formation of the diversified interests of the market participants, Various autonomous social organizations, social organizations and various interest groups have gradually formed to safeguard the pluralistic interests of the people. And in this process, the Party and the government to adapt to its development, but also constantly reformed and improved various related systems, such as the people's Congress system, political consultation system, hearing system, grass-roots autonomy system, the system of letters and visits. Based on the theory of social restriction in pluralistic democracy theory, this paper combs and integrates the pluralistic factors in the development of Chinese political democracy, in order to explore and coordinate various interests and solve various contradictions. The ways and methods of promoting socialist democracy are improved, so that the socialist democracy in our country can adapt to the demands of the pluralistic development of the society and promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
