低有机质剩余污泥微波法制备活性炭及其吸附性能研究

【摘要】:以某城市污水处理厂剩余污泥为原料,磷酸为活化剂,采用微波辐照活化法制备污泥活性炭,用FT-IR,DSC,ASAP 2010对其结构进行了表征.以甲基紫为吸附质,考察了其吸附性能.结果表明,在磷酸浓度为30%、微波辐照时间为4min、微波功率为464 W时,其碘吸附值为302mg/g,比表面积为81.5m2/g.污泥活性炭对甲基紫的吸附等温方程同时符合Langmuir和Freundlich方程,应用假一级和假二级反应动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合,发现污泥活性炭吸附甲基紫更符合假二级反应动力学方程.
[Abstract]:Activated sludge was prepared by microwave irradiation from excess sludge of a municipal wastewater treatment plant with phosphoric acid as activator. The structure of activated sludge was characterized by FT-IRN DSC-ASAP 2010. The adsorption properties of methyl violet were investigated. The results show that the iodine adsorption value is 302 mg / g and the specific surface area is 81.5 mg / g when the phosphoric acid concentration is 30 and the microwave irradiation time is 4 minutes and the microwave power is 464 W. The adsorption isotherm equation of methyl violet from activated carbon of sludge accords with both Langmuir and Freundlich equations. The experimental data are fitted by pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order reaction kinetic models. It was found that the adsorption of methyl violet by activated carbon of sludge was more in line with the kinetic equation of pseudo-secondary reaction.
