【摘要】：我国民主的法律化、制度化还需加强;党内民主来带动人民民主仍需深化,作为执政党的共产党在宪法和法律的范围内活动,仍需坚持依法治国、依宪治国,建立一个坚持以中国共产党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一的社会主义民主政治体制。
