热熔法制备聚己内酯基温敏性药物释放体系及其释药性能

【摘要】:以聚己内酯(PCL)和甘油三月桂酸酯(C12)为基体,双氯芬酸钠(DS)为模型药物,熔融共混制备了一种温敏性药物释放体系。通过差示扫描量热分析和扫描电子显微镜对共混物形态结构进行了表征,采用亲水接触角探讨了C12的加入对材料亲水性的影响。结果表明,C12的加入能在37℃条件下有效减缓药物突释,而在45℃时,由于C12熔点较低会发生相变,使体系得以迅速释放药物,具有良好的高温响应释药性能。通过不同温度的拉伸性能测试可知,在加入C12后,共混物仍能在不同温度下保持一定的力学强度。
[Abstract]:A temperature-sensitive drug release system was prepared by melt blending of PCL (polycaprolactone) and C12 (diclofenac sodium) and diclofenac sodium (DS) as model drug. The morphology and structure of the blends were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of the addition of C12 on the hydrophilicity of the blends was investigated by hydrophilic contact angle.
