【摘要】：正建设中国特色、世界一流大学和一流学科,是党中央、国务院作出的重大战略决策,对于提升我国教育发展水平、增强国家核心竞争力、建设社会主义现代化强国,具有十分重要的意义。那么,如何推进"双一流"建设呢?我认为,推进"双一流"建设,既需要热情和动力,也需要科学的态度;既要敢想敢干,也要遵守法制,也就是说,把"双一流"建设纳入科学和法治的轨道,使"双一流"建设切实遵循规律和规则。
