如何让党组织实现从“乡”到“城”的过渡——关于上海浦东川沙新镇队组党建工作的再思考

【摘要】：上海市浦东新区川沙新镇的队组党建工作,承袭和丰富了"支部建在连上"原则的内涵和形式,实现了农村党组织的有效覆盖,促进了传统农村党建向现代社区党建的过渡发展,激发了农村党建的内生活力。未来,队组党建工作应着重从党员嵌入社区、以人为本、组织建设、民主法治等多维度进行探索与实践,以期更加丰富由乡到城的过渡型社区党建工作的内涵。
[Abstract]:The party building work of the team group in Chuanshaxin Town, Pudong New District of Shanghai, has inherited and enriched the connotation and form of the principle of "building branches on a continuous basis," and has realized the effective coverage of the rural party organizations. It promotes the transition from the traditional rural party building to the modern community party building, and stimulates the endogenous vitality of the rural party building. In the future, the party building of team groups should be explored and practiced from party members embedded in the community, people-oriented, organizational construction, democracy and the rule of law, in order to enrich the connotation of the party building work in the transitional community from the township to the city.
