聚酰胺吸附法制备高EGCG儿茶素

【摘要】:通过聚酰胺吸附法制备高EGCG儿茶素.以绿茶茶末为原料,经热水浸提,离心除渣,聚酰胺分离,浓缩干燥,得到EGCG儿茶素.结果表明,500mL聚酰胺吸附13.75g EGCG达到饱和;70%乙醇洗脱物中EGCG质量分数为63.200%;产品质量分数高于有机溶剂萃取产物;中试产品质量指标儿茶素超过75%,EGCG超过55%,得率超过10%.得出该实验方法效果显著,工艺条件可行.
[Abstract]:High EGCG catechin was prepared by polyamide adsorption method. EGCG catechin was obtained from green tea powder by hot water extraction, centrifugation, polyamide separation, concentration and drying. The results showed that the concentration of EGCG was 63.200, the mass fraction of product was higher than that of organic solvent extraction, the quality index of pilot-scale product was more than 75g EGCG and the yield of EGCG was more than 100.The results showed that the adsorption of polyamide reached 13.75g EGCG and the mass fraction of EGCG was 63.200, the content of product was higher than that of organic solvent extraction. It is concluded that the experimental method is effective and the technological conditions are feasible.
