化学法制备晶种生产微粉氢氧化铝工艺研究

【摘要】:氢氧化铝微粉一般是指中位粒径(d50)为0.5-2μm的氢氧化铝。产品粒度细、粒子的比表面积大、分散性好,具有良好的填充性、阻燃、消烟三大功能,无毒无嗅、不产生二次污染,已成为合成材料无卤阻燃配方的主要选材之一。近年来国内外对阻燃剂氢氧化铝微粉的需求量急剧增加,研制开发微粉氢氧化铝阻燃剂具有广阔的市场应用前景。 本文针对化学法制备微粉氢氧化铝工艺,即采取液液反应直接制备氢氧化铝晶种,后与铝酸钠溶液进行种分反应获得产品,重点研究了种子液制备温度、种子液制备原料加入方式、种子液制备反应终点、种子液存放时间和种子液与铝酸钠溶液加入比例、诱导剂制备温度、诱导剂加入量及加入方式等因素对种分得到微粉氢氧化铝物化性能的影响,得到了优化工艺条件,并进行了半工业化试验,最终制备出粒度(d50)0.8-1.5μm,白度97%,SiO20.02%,Fe2O30.01%,Na2O0.30%,电导率100μs.cm-1,吸油量≤40mL/100g,颗粒表面光滑、粒度分布集中的高质量微粉氢氧化铝产品。
[Abstract]:Alumina hydroxide powder usually refers to aluminum hydroxide with a median diameter of 0.5-2 渭 m. The product has fine particle size, large specific surface area, good dispersity, good filling property, flame retardant, smoke elimination, non-toxic and odorless, no secondary pollution, and has become one of the main selection materials for halogen-free flame retardant formulation. In recent years, the demand for flame retardant alumina hydroxide powder has been increasing rapidly, so the development of aluminum hydroxide flame retardant has a broad market application prospect. In this paper, the preparation process of micro-powder aluminum hydroxide by chemical method, that is, the direct preparation of aluminum hydroxide seed by liquid-liquid reaction, and the seed separation reaction with sodium aluminate solution were carried out to obtain the product, and the preparation temperature of seed solution was studied emphatically. The method of adding raw material to seed liquid preparation, the reaction end point of seed liquid preparation, the storage time of seed liquid and the proportion of seed liquid to sodium aluminate solution, the preparation temperature of inducer, The effects of the amount of inducer and the method of adding on the physical and chemical properties of the fine powder aluminum hydroxide were obtained, and the process conditions were optimized, and the semi-industrial test was carried out.
