丙烯酸硅烷树脂的ATRP法制备及性能研究

【摘要】:本文利用原子转移自由基聚合方法,以2-溴代异丁酰溴为引发剂,溴化亚铜与联二吡啶为催化体系,以丙烯酸三异丙基硅烷酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲氧基乙基丙烯酸酯为单体进行了共聚反应,得到了分子量分布在1.5左右的丙烯酸硅烷无规共聚树脂。研究结果表明,当反应温度为85~90℃时,[Cu Br]/[bpy]/[Bi BB]/[Monomer]比例为1∶2∶1∶700时,丙烯酸硅烷树脂聚合的反应可控性较好;由于丙烯酸硅烷树脂的水解作用,硅藻小新月菱形藻在涂膜表面整体粘附较少。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the atomic transfer radical polymerization method, using 2-bromo-isobutyloyl bromide as initiator, cuprous bromide and bipyridine as catalyst system, triisopropyl silane acrylate was used as catalyst. Methyl methacrylate 2-methoxyethyl acrylate was copolymerized as monomer, and the random copolymer resin with molecular weight distribution about 1.5 was obtained.
