【摘要】： 民主政治是中国国家政治现代化追求的重要目标之一,也是中国共产党积极稳健推动政治文明建设的重要方面。但世界各国的民主政治模式不应该是千篇一律的。国家之间不同的政治、经济、文化决定了民主在每个国家应具备不同的表现形式,包括民主主体要素的构成和民主政治的运行框架,即民主政治模式。中国共产党的十七大报告明确提出“人民民主是社会主义的生命。发展社会主义民主政治是我们党始终不渝的奋斗目标”,并郑重承诺“坚定不移发展社会主义民主政治”。“民主”因此成为十七大报告的主题词之一,在报告中出现60多次,阐述了中国政治体制改革的发展方向。正确理解中国特色社会主义民主政治模式发展的国情基础是深入学习和贯彻十七大精神的认识前提。中国民主政治模式必须根植于中国特有的国情基础。立足国情而树立科学的中国民主政治发展观,是促进中国政治体制改革稳步前进的首要前提。首先本文论述了民主政治模式的涵义以及中国特色社会主义民主政治模式的形成和发展。其次,本文主要分析了中国民主政治发展的现状。在总结发展经验的基础上主要分析了中国民主政治发展的不充分性。最后,结合我国正在进行的政治体制改革,提出了一些改善我国民主政治模式发展的一些看法和建议。本文强调应该以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导,深入贯彻党的“十七大”精神,探讨了新时期中国特色社会主义民主政治模式的发展问题。即以坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一为根本要求,加强民主监督和发展人民民主,同时借鉴人类政治文明有益成果,发展社会主义民主政治。本文的目的为中国继续积极而稳健推进民主政治建设服务。当代中国民主政治的主题是调动一切积极因素,实现社会主义现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴,这一目标定位内在地规定着中国民主的实践形式。本文的目的也是为了服务于这一主题,为我们党进行政治文明建设服务。
[Abstract]:Democratic politics is one of the important goals for the pursuit of China's political modernization and an important aspect of the Chinese Communist Party's active and steady promotion of the construction of political civilization. However, the democratic political models of the countries of the world should not be monotonous. The different political, economic and cultural differences between countries have determined that democracy should have different forms in each country. The present form includes the components of the main elements of democracy and the operational framework of democratic politics, that is, the democratic political mode.
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that "people's democracy is the life of socialism. Developing socialist democracy is the unswerving goal of our party" and solemnly committed to "unswervingly developing socialist democracy". "Democracy" has become one of the seventeen main themes of the report, and 6 in the report. More than 0 times, the development direction of China's political system reform is expounded. A correct understanding of the foundation of the development of the socialist democratic political model with Chinese characteristics is the prerequisite for the deep study and implementation of the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress.
China's democratic political model must be rooted in China's unique national conditions. Establishing a scientific view of China's democratic political development based on national conditions is the primary prerequisite for promoting the steady progress of the reform of the Chinese political system. Secondly, this article mainly analyzes the present situation of the development of China's democratic politics. On the basis of summarizing the experience of development, this paper mainly analyzes the inadequacy of the development of China's democratic politics. Finally, some views and suggestions on improving the model development of democratic politics in China are put forward in the light of the political system reform that is being carried out in China. Guided by the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the spirit of the party's "Seventeenth National Congress" is thoroughly carried out, and the development of a socialist democratic political model with Chinese characteristics in the new period is discussed. At the same time, we should learn from the beneficial results of human political civilization and develop socialist democratic politics. The purpose of this paper is to continue to actively and steadily promote the construction of democratic politics in China.
The theme of contemporary Chinese democracy is to mobilize all positive factors to achieve socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The goal is to define the practical form of Chinese democracy. The purpose of this article is to serve this theme and serve our party's administration of administrative civilization.
