电解法制备高纯二氧化氯的技术研究

【摘要】: 二氧化氯是一种日益受到人们的关注和亲睐的绿色杀菌消毒剂,对各种细菌和病毒等具有广谱、高效、安全的消毒杀灭特点和优势,被世界卫生组织(WHO)确认为第四代Al型消毒剂。其应用于纸浆漂白、饮用水净化和工业废水处理等领域。在中国,有关化学法制备二氧化氯的研究较多,而电解法制备二氧化氯的研究则较少。因此,研究具有特色的先进二氧化氯生产工艺是目前非常急迫也非常有意义的一项工作。 本文首先通过电解氯酸盐自动催化循环制备高纯二氧化氯的实验研究,讨论了氯酸盐浓度、硫酸的酸度、电解液温度、电流密度以及电解液中二氧化氯剩余浓度对产品气体中二氧化氯纯度的影响。研究结果表明,实验产生的产品气体,二氧化氯的纯度均在90%以上,当在最佳条件下,即氯酸盐浓度约为1.0mol/L,硫酸的酸度约为4.90mol/L,电解液温度约为28℃,电流密度约为975A/m2的条件下,产生二氧化氯的纯度可达98%左右。同时对废酸的循环利用以及二氧化氯的杀菌消毒进行了实验,达到了很好的效果。 在实验成功实现生产高纯二氧化氯的基础上,进一步对系统的各个参数进行了优化设计计算,对阳极的硫酸溶液、阴极的氯酸钠溶液的供给浓度和循环速率进行优化控制,同时也对冷却水的温度和流速进行优化控制。为了使过程更智能化,参数更精确化,设计了自动控制的部分来对进行各个参数进行精确控制。 根据实验和计算得到的各个参数,设计了电解氯酸盐制备高纯二氧化氯的工艺,进而设计了生产二氧化氯的成套设备。
[Abstract]:Chlorine dioxide is a kind of green germicidal disinfectant, which is paid more and more attention by people. It has broad spectrum, high efficiency and safety disinfection characteristics and advantages to various bacteria and viruses. It was confirmed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the fourth generation Al disinfectant. It is used in pulp bleaching, drinking water purification and industrial wastewater treatment. In China, there are more studies on the preparation of chlorine dioxide by chemical method, but less research on the preparation of chlorine dioxide by electrolysis. Therefore, it is very urgent and meaningful to study the characteristic advanced chlorine dioxide production process. In this paper, the concentration of chlorate, the acidity of sulfuric acid, the temperature of electrolyte were discussed. Effect of current density and residual concentration of chlorine dioxide in electrolyte on purity of chlorine dioxide in product gas. The results show that the purity of chlorine dioxide is above 90%. When the concentration of chlorate is about 1.0 mol / L, the acidity of sulfuric acid is about 4.90 mol / L, the temperature of electrolyte is about 28 鈩,
