小公证如何走向大舞台

【摘要】：正在从事公证工作之前,我在自治区司法厅当公务员,后来又当过执业律师。在这些年的职业生涯中,我经常会思考一个问题,就是在我们这样一个民主法治建设进程依然任重道远、公共权力和私人权力的配置还没有达到一个完全和谐的状态、当党的十八大报告还要继续重申"绝不允许以言代法、以权压法、徇私枉法"的时代,作为一个公证人,我们所肩负的法律责任、所承担的社会使命,与我们现有的执业能力、执业环境相比,确实还不大相称,我们行业的力量还不够强,我们的职业地位还不够高,我们的作用还没有得到全面地发挥。在这样的职业生存状态中,公证人应当如何实现自我的发展、行业的
[Abstract]:Prior to notarization, I worked as a civil servant in the Regional Department of Justice and later as a practicing lawyer. In my career over the years, I have often thought about the fact that in a democratic and legal process like ours, there is still a long way to go, and the allocation of public and private power has not yet reached a state of complete harmony.
