酸碱法制备超纯煤

【摘要】:对传统的酸碱法制备超纯煤工艺进行了改进。以内蒙古鄂尔多斯的烟煤和无烟煤为原料,采用酸碱法对煤进行脱灰处理,研究了煤的粒度、焙烧温度、碱煤比、焙烧时间和酸浸条件对脱灰效果的影响,在优化的工艺条件下,得到灰分含量小于0.5%的超纯煤。
[Abstract]:The traditional acid-base method for the preparation of ultra-pure coal was improved. Bituminous coal and anthracite from Ordos, Inner Mongolia were used as raw materials. The effects of coal particle size, calcination temperature, alkali coal ratio, roasting time and acid leaching conditions on the ash removal effect were studied. Under the optimized technological conditions, ultrapure coal with ash content less than 0.5% was obtained.
