静电纺丝结合还原氮化法制备中空TiN纤维研究

【摘要】:通过静电纺丝技术制备出聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)模板纤维,以四氯化钛-乙醇混合液为前驱体溶液,采用模板浸渍工艺获得Ti O2纤维,在氨气气氛下1000℃氮化2 h得Ti N纤维。利用XRD和SEM研究分析浸渍液种类及浓度和浸渍时间对Ti N纤维的组成和形貌的影响。结果表明,采用二氯甲烷为溶剂时得到的Ti N纤维交联较轻;浸渍时间为1 min时,纤维连续且表面平滑;浸渍液中Ti4+浓度为0.25 mol/L时获得的Ti N纤维物相较纯,呈圆柱状且内部中空,连续性好。
