浅论社会主义民主与法制的关系

【摘要】：文章阐述了我们不但要从总体上把握民主,而且还探讨了民主与法制之间的关系,既社会主义民主必然靠社会主义法制做保障。
[Abstract]:The article expounds that we should not only grasp the democracy in general, but also discuss the relationship between democracy and the legal system, not only the socialist democracy is bound to rely on the socialist legal system.
