树脂法制备高含量茶多酚工艺研究

【摘要】:本文以多酚含量及多酚得率为指标,比较了8种树脂对茶叶提取液的吸附解吸效果,筛选出适合茶多酚分离纯化的树脂。在此基础上,以单因素实验的方法研究了水洗液用量、乙醇浓度及用量、供试液浓度和澄清度对产品中多酚含量以及多酚得率的影响。结果显示,CG-8为纯化茶多酚的最佳树脂,当茶多酚供试液浓度为10 mg/m L,水洗液(2BV)、70%乙醇(2.5BV)时,澄清度为70.90%左右时,得到的产品多酚含量为98%,得率为85.8%。该方法所得的产品多酚含量高,工艺绿色,符合生产要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the adsorption and desorption effects of 8 kinds of resins on tea extract were compared with polyphenol content and polyphenol yield as indexes, and the suitable resin for tea polyphenol separation and purification was selected. On the basis of this, the effects of the amount of water washing solution, the concentration and dosage of ethanol, the concentration and clarity of the sample solution on the content of polyphenol and the yield of polyphenol in the product were studied by single factor experiment. The results showed that CG-8 was the best resin for the purification of tea polyphenols. When the concentration of tea polyphenols was 10 mg/m / L, water washing solution (2BV) was 70% ethanol (2.5BV), the degree of clarity was about 70.90%, the polyphenol content of the product was 98% and the yield was 85.8%. The product obtained by this method has high polyphenol content, green process and meets the requirement of production.
