溶胶-凝胶法制备NLCTO陶瓷的结构和介电性能

【摘要】:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Na_(1/2)La_(1/2)Cu_3Ti_4O_(12)(NLCTO)陶瓷,并对烧结温度对其微观结构和介电性能的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,在1085℃和1095℃烧结5 h后,NLCTO陶瓷表现出高的密度,均匀的显微组织,高的介电常数(1.0~2.0×10~4)和低的介电损耗,特别是在烧结温度为1095℃时,陶瓷的介电损耗约0.044,且拥有好的频率稳定性。
