论卡利尼科斯“民主计划的社会主义”

【摘要】：在新自由主义和苏联模式双重失败的时代背景下,英国学者卡利尼科斯按照对马克思主义经典作家观点的解读,提出了"民主计划的社会主义"。这一社会主义模式的核心内容为:废除弊端丛生的市场经济,实行不同于斯大林主义的社会主义新计划,推行社会主义民主等。卡利尼科斯的社会主义新模式试图在超越现存资本主义和苏联社会主义的基础之上,为人类提供一条新的道路选择。总体来看,他的新模式由于存在排斥市场经济的根本缺陷而显得不合时宜,但又因为对社会主义计划作出了全新的解释,故亦有积极的一面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the failure of neoliberalism and Soviet model, British scholar Cary Nikos put forward "Socialism of Democratic Plan" according to the interpretation of Marxist classical writer's viewpoint. The core contents of this socialist model are to abolish the malpractice of market economy, to carry out the new socialist plan different from Stalinism, and to carry out socialist democracy. Kali Nikos's new socialist model tries to provide a new choice for mankind on the basis of surpassing existing capitalism and Soviet socialism. In general, his new model is out of date because of its fundamental defects of rejecting the market economy, but it also has a positive side because it has made a new explanation to the socialist plan.
