朱自清语文民主教育思想研究

【摘要】: 本文研究了著名语文教育家朱自清的心路历程,探索了他语文民主教育思想的逐步发展过程和基本内涵,并在此基础上发掘了其思想的时代价值和对当代的启示。 朱自清语文民主教育思想产生于特定的时代背景下,与他的学习和工作经历、个人研究和创作经历以及挚交好友的影响有着千丝万缕的联系。朱自清语文民主教育思想以“人格教育”为核心,跟随时代的发展大致可分为形成、发展、成熟几个时期。从提出“教育的价值在培养健全的人格”到突破传统师生关系的束缚,确立以学生为中心的课程形式,推行平等、自由、尊重、宽容的新型民主课堂,朱自清的语文民主教育思想完成了质的飞跃。同时因为自身教师、学者、作家的多重身份,朱自清的语文民主教育思想既有高屋建瓴的学者眼光又有一线教师的诸多实践作支撑,从而更具科学性和实践应用价值。 朱自清的语文民主教育思想包括“人格教育观”、“新型师生观”、“民主的阅读”、“民主的写作”等几个方面。在培养学生正确理解和熟练运用祖国语言文字的同时,朱自清也十分注重学生语文能力的养成和语文综合素养的提高。以民主作为主线的朱自清语文教育思想必然带来语文教育价值、师生关系、教学方法的极大改变,有力地推动了我国语文教育的民主化进程。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the mental course of Zhu Ziqing, a famous Chinese educator, explores the gradual development process and basic connotation of his Chinese democratic education thought, and on this basis explores the contemporary value of his thought and its enlightenment to the present age. Zhu Ziqing's thought of democratic education in Chinese language emerged from a specific background of the times and was inextricably linked to his study and work experience, his personal research and creative experience, and the influence of his sincere friends. Zhu Ziqing's thought of Chinese democratic education takes "personality education" as the core, and the development following the times can be roughly divided into several periods: formation, development and maturity. From putting forward "the value of education in cultivating a sound personality" to breaking through the shackles of traditional teacher-student relations, establishing a student-centered curriculum form, promoting a new type of democratic classroom with equality, freedom, respect and tolerance, Zhu Ziqing's thought of democratic education in Chinese has made a qualitative leap. At the same time, because of the multiple identities of his own teachers, scholars and writers, Zhu Ziqing's Chinese democratic education thought not only has a high view of scholars but also has a lot of practical support from front-line teachers, so it is more scientific and practical application value. Zhu Ziqing's thoughts on Chinese democratic education include personality education, new teachers and students' view, democratic reading, democratic writing and so on. While cultivating students to understand and use the Chinese characters correctly, Zhu Ziqing also pays great attention to the cultivation of students' Chinese ability and the improvement of their comprehensive Chinese literacy. The thought of Zhu Ziqing's Chinese education, with democracy as the main line, will inevitably bring about the great changes in the value of Chinese education, the relationship between teachers and students, and the teaching method, which has pushed forward the democratization process of Chinese education in China.
