农业类高校大学生法制教育实效性研究

【摘要】：正法制教育工作的主要内容是法制理念、法制思维以及法制规范等方面知识的讲解和传授,法制教育工作是确保学生树立法制理念,形成知法、懂法、守法等思维和行为理念的重要保证。因此,法制教育工作必须重视思想与实践、精神与物质之间关系的梳理。从这个意义上说,农业类高校大学生的法制教育工作为确保自身工作的效果和实效,应更加注重教学方法的实效性,教学理念的正确性。1法制教育工作及特征分析
[Abstract]:The main contents of the legal education work are the explanation and imparting of legal ideas, legal thinking and legal norms and so on. The legal education work is to ensure that students establish legal concepts, form laws, and understand laws. The important guarantee of thinking and behavior idea such as abiding by the law. Therefore, legal education must attach importance to the relationship between thought and practice, spirit and matter. In this sense, in order to ensure the effect and actual effect of their own work, we should pay more attention to the effectiveness of teaching methods, the correctness of teaching concepts and the analysis of the characteristics of the legal education of agricultural college students.
