大学生网络法治教育对策研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代晚期,网络时代的崛起,人们进入了虚拟化的文明世界。网络社会的虚拟性、开放性、交互性等特点,给大学生法治教育带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。针对大学生网络法治教育出现的新问题,大学生网络法治教育的新特点,如何提高大学生网络法治教育的实效性,成为当前高校思想政治教育的一个重要研究课题。 本文通过对网络社会特征的梳理,综合国内外大学生网络法治教育的研究现状,运用问卷调查法、文献研究法等方法,分析了网络社会给大学生法治教育带来的积极影响和消极问题,阐释了网络社会大学生法治教育的特点,提出了加强大学生网络法治教育问题的对策。 本文分为三个主要部分: 第一部分主要是大学生网络法治教育的概述。本文以网络社会法治教育的概念为出发点,从法治教育环境的复杂性、教育者主体地位的降低性、法治教育内容的多元性、法治教育方法的多样性出发,探讨了网络社会大学生法治教育的特点。分析了大学生网络法治教育在高等学校法治教育发展、完善网络法治社会建设、促进大学生全面发展、培养大学生的民族视野四个方面的意义。 第二部分主要分析了大学生网络法治教育的现状和原因。首先从网络社会对大学生法治教育的影响入手,分析了网络社会对大学生法治教育的正面影响以及负面影响。其次从网络社会、网络法治教育、大学生自身发展方面阐释了大学生网络法治教育存在问题的原因。 第三部分主要阐述了加强大学生网络法治教育的对策。首先,分析了在大学生网络法治教育的对策中所要坚持的显性教育与隐性教育相结合、教育与自我教育相统一、网络法治教育与网络道德教育相一致的教育原则。其次,阐释了在大学生网络法治教育对策中所应坚持终身教育、信息化教育、以人为本教育的理念。最后,从提高教育者的信息素养、建立主体间性的网络教育、强化网络舆论监督、加强网络教育管理、提高受教育者主体性五个方面阐释了大学生网络法治教育的路径。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990 s, with the rise of the network era, people entered the virtual civilization world. The virtual, open and interactive characteristics of the network society bring unprecedented challenges and opportunities to college students' rule of law education. In view of the new problems in the network rule of law education for college students and the new characteristics of the network rule of law education for college students, how to improve the effectiveness of the network rule of law education for college students has become an important research topic of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through combing the social characteristics of the network, this paper synthesizes the current research situation of the network rule of law education of college students at home and abroad, and applies the methods of questionnaire investigation and literature research. This paper analyzes on the positive influence and negative problems brought by the network society to the university students' rule of law education, explains the characteristics of the university students' rule of law education in the network society, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the network rule of law education for the college students. This paper is divided into three main parts: the first part is an overview of the network education of the rule of law. Based on the concept of the rule of law education in the network society, this paper starts from the complexity of the educational environment of the rule of law, the lowering of the main position of the educator, the pluralism of the content of the education of the rule of law, and the diversity of the educational methods of the rule of law. This paper discusses the characteristics of college students' rule of law education in network society. This paper analyzes the significance of the network rule of law education for college students in four aspects: the development of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, the improvement of the social construction of the network rule of law, the promotion of the all-round development of college students and the cultivation of college students' national vision. The second part mainly analyzes the present situation and the reason of the network rule of law education of college students. Firstly, this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the network society on the university students' rule of law education from the perspective of the influence of the network society on the university students' rule of law education. Secondly, from the network society, the network rule of law education, the university student own development aspect has explained the university student network rule of law education existence question reason. The third part mainly elaborated the countermeasure which strengthens the university student network rule of law education. First of all, the author analyzes the educational principles of the combination of explicit education and recessive education, the unity of education and self-education, and the conformity of network rule of law education and network moral education in the countermeasures of college students' network rule of law education. Secondly, it explains the concept of lifelong education, information education and people-oriented education in the countermeasures of college students' network rule of law education. Finally, this paper explains the path of college students' network rule of law education from five aspects: improving educator's information literacy, establishing intersubjective network education, strengthening network public opinion supervision, strengthening network education management, and improving the subjectivity of educatee.
