小学法治教育机制优化审视

【摘要】:小学法治教育优化发展是学生全面发展、社会稳定进步、国家法治化的重要诉求。本文基于供给侧视角,对小学法治教育内容、师资、制度、经费现状进行阐述,揭示小学法治教育合作性、渗透性、情境性、实践性等特点;对教学目标模糊性、教学内容非系统性、教学主体被动参与性、教学评价片面性等问题深入研究并探析缘由;最终提出,供给主体上开设相关专业、高校引进人才,供给内容上设置系统课程、开发完善资源,供给方式上促使教育方式多元化、实践基地可行化,供给制度上多方机制合力化,供给经费上建立经费筹措机制、完善监督检查机制的优化路径。
[Abstract]:The optimization and development of primary school rule of law education is an important demand for the all-round development of students, social stability and progress, and the rule of law in the country. Based on the supply-side perspective, this paper expounds the contents, teachers, systems and funding of primary education of rule of law, reveals the characteristics of cooperation, permeability, situation and practice of primary education of rule of law, and fuzziness of teaching objectives. The teaching content is not systematic, the teaching subject is passively participatory, the teaching evaluation is one-sidedness and so on, and the causes are deeply studied and analyzed. Finally, it is put forward that the supply subject should set up the related specialty, the university will introduce the talented person, the supply content will set up the systematic course. To develop and perfect resources, to promote the diversification of educational methods, to make the practice base feasible, to combine various mechanisms in the supply system, to establish the financing mechanism in the supply and fund, and to perfect the optimized path of the supervision and inspection mechanism.
