溶剂热法制备超细钴粉及其机理研究

【摘要】:以CoCl_2·6H_2O为原料、水合肼N2H_4·H_2O为还原剂,引入AgNO_3·6H_2O作为形核剂,采用乙二醇溶剂热法制备了超细钴粉。通过红外光谱分析探讨了零价Co形成的化学机理,对产物颗粒的相结构、微观形貌和磁性能进行了表征,重点考察了形核剂的加入量及溶剂热温度对钴粉微观结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,当前驱体溶液中n(Ag~+)∶n(Co~(2+))=1∶100、溶剂热温度为160℃时,可以制得粒径在100nm以下的球状Co颗粒,Co粉分散性良好,且呈现出优异的软磁性能。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine cobalt powder was prepared by using CoCl_2 6H_2O as raw material, hydrazine hydrate N2H_4 H 2O as reductant, AgNO_3 6H_2O as nucleating agent and ethylene glycol as solvothermal method. The chemical mechanism of the formation of zero-valent Co was discussed by infrared spectroscopy. The phase structure, microstructure and magnetic properties of the product were characterized. The effects of nucleating agent and solvothermal temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of cobalt powder were investigated.
