无模板-自组装法制备多孔二氧化钛工艺研究

【摘要】:采用无模板自组装法制备多孔二氧化钛,通过改变合成温度和时间探索最优的合成工艺。采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见光光谱、比表面积和孔结构测试、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱分析等表征手段表征其结构与性能。结果表明:通过合成中间体乙二醇钛进而制备多孔二氧化钛的工艺可行;合成温度为175℃、时间为4 h,制备的多孔二氧化钛微观形貌为微米棒状上分布纳米级的孔,这种纳米级的孔不是通过堆垛形成,其比表面积为92.348 m2/g,平均孔径为4.887 nm,具有优异的光催化性能和沉降性能。
[Abstract]:Porous titanium dioxide was prepared by template-free self-assembly method. The optimum synthesis process was explored by changing the synthesis temperature and time. The structure and properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectrum, specific surface area and pore structure test, transmission electron microscope and fluorescence spectrum analysis. The results show that the process of preparing porous titanium dioxide by synthesizing the intermediate titanium glycol is feasible. The synthesis temperature is 175 鈩,
