喷雾干燥法制备玉米黄色素微胶囊工艺研究

【摘要】:为了提高玉米黄色素的溶解性和稳定性,以玉米黄色素乙醇提取物为原料,经皂化纯化后,采用喷雾干燥法制备玉米黄色素微胶囊,并通过单因素和正交试验,研究了喷雾干燥法制备玉米黄色素微胶囊工艺。研究结果表明玉米黄色素微胶囊制备的最佳工艺条件:壁材阿拉伯胶与麦芽糊精的比例为1∶5,芯材含量为15%,进风温度为170℃,进料量为10mL/min,在此条件下,玉米黄色素微胶囊率达到89.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the solubility and stability of corn yellow pigment, corn yellow pigment microcapsules were prepared by spray drying method using ethanol extract of corn yellow pigment as raw material. The preparation of corn yellow pigment microcapsules by spray drying was studied.
