人大监督工作三十年回顾与新阶段展望

【摘要】：正人大监督不是万能的,不可能解决所有的问题,它必须和党的监督、舆论监督、民主监督、群众监督等其他的监督制度一起共同发挥作用,才能更好地推进我国的民主政治建设。人大监督制度是我国根本政治制度——人民代表大会制度派生的具体制度之一,是人民代表大会制度的有机组成部分。随着我国改革开放的不断推进、民主法治建设的深入发展和人民代表大会制度的健全完善,人大监督制度随之得到了发展和完善,
[Abstract]:Direct NPC supervision is not omnipotent and cannot solve all problems. It must play a joint role with other supervisory systems such as party supervision, public opinion supervision, democratic supervision, mass supervision, etc. Only then can we better promote the construction of democratic politics in our country. The supervision system of the people's Congress is one of the concrete systems derived from the fundamental political system the people's Congress system, and is an organic part of the people's Congress system.
