法律新闻的传播效能与法律责任探析——评《新闻传播与法治理性》

【摘要】：正在传媒方式越来越呈现多元化发展的趋势下,法律新闻因其在传播过程中具有对合法权益予以保护、预防犯罪等不同于普通新闻的社会效应,而引起民众的广泛关注。法律新闻是最为关键的信息媒介,能够进行舆论引导,同时也具有监督反馈功能。因此,法律新闻具有更强的规则性与道德要求,在新闻传播中,如何在重视传播效应的同时,强化法律责任,坚守法律准则,使新闻传播工作始终同弘扬社会道德达到高度统一,这是媒体及新闻人应高度重视
[Abstract]:Under the trend of diversified development of media, legal news has attracted wide attention because of its social effects, such as protecting legal rights and interests, preventing crime and so on, which are different from ordinary news in the process of communication. Legal news is the most critical information media, can guide public opinion, but also has the function of supervision and feedback. Therefore, legal news has stronger rules and moral requirements. In news communication, how to strengthen the legal responsibility and stick to the legal norms while paying attention to the effect of communication? It is necessary for the media and journalists to attach great importance to the unification of the work of news dissemination with the promotion of social morality.
