新民主主义经济理论与中国特色社会主义经济理论体系的关系

【摘要】：新民主主义经济理论和中国特色社会主义经济理论体系是中国共产党人在不同的历史阶段,在中国革命和经济建设的实践中形成的具有中国特色的经济理论。本文立足于不同历史阶段的具体实践情况,在论述了新民主主义经济理论和中国特色社会主义经济理论体系基本内涵的基础之上,着重从基本经济制度、经济运行机制及经济发展观三个方面分析了二者的关系,得出了相应的结论,即中国特色社会主义经济理论体系是对新民主主义经济理论的继承和创新。 本文由三部分内容组成。第一部分论述了新民主主义经济理论的基本内涵。新民主主义经济建设是在“四面八方”的基本经济方针的指导下进行的。多种经济成分并存的新民主主义基本经济制度决定了在新民主主义社会,经济运行机制是计划管理和市场调节并存的新民主主义经济体制。1956年,在过渡时期总路线的指导下,我国实现了对农业、手工业和资本主义工商业的社会主义改造,从而标志着社会主义制度在我国的建立。 第二部分论述了中国特色社会主义经济理论体系的形成发展历程及其基本内容。毛泽东经济思想是中国特色社会主义经济理论体系形成的历史渊源,邓小平经济思想是中国特色社会主义经济理论体系的主体框架,“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观是新时代新形势下对中国特色社会主义经济理论体系的丰富和发展。中国特色社会主义的基本经济制度、中国特色社会主义的分配制度、中国特色社会主义市场经济体制、中国特色社会主义的宏观调控、中国特色社会主义的经济发展观等诸多内容共同构成了中国特色社会主义经济理论体系。 第三部分是本文的重点,着重分析了新民主主义经济理论和中国特色社会主义经济理论体系的关系。主要从基本经济制度、经济运行机制和经济发展观三个方面入手,分析了新民主主义经济理论和中国特色社会主义经济理论体系在这三方面的继承与创新关系,从而得出了本文的结论,即中国特色社会主义经济理论体系是新形势下对新民主主义经济理论的继承和创新。
[Abstract]:The new democratic economic theory and the socialist economic theoretical system with Chinese characteristics are the economic theories with Chinese characteristics formed by the Chinese Communists in the practice of Chinese revolution and economic construction at different historical stages. Based on the concrete practice of different historical stages and on the basis of discussing the basic connotation of the new democratic economic theory and the socialist economic theoretical system with Chinese characteristics, this paper focuses on the basic economic system. This paper analyzes the relationship between the two from three aspects: the economic operation mechanism and the concept of economic development, and draws the corresponding conclusion that the theoretical system of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and innovation of the new democratic economic theory. This paper consists of three parts. The first part discusses the basic connotation of the new democratic economic theory. The construction of the new democratic economy is carried out under the guidance of the basic economic policy of "all directions". The basic economic system of new democracy with multiple economic components determines that in the new democratic society, the economic operation mechanism is a new democratic economic system with the coexistence of planning management and market regulation. In 1956, under the guidance of the general line of the transitional period, China has realized the socialist transformation of agriculture, handicraft industry and capitalist industry and commerce, which marks the establishment of socialist system in our country. The second part discusses the formation and development of socialist economic theory system with Chinese characteristics and its basic contents. Mao Zedong's economic thought is the historical origin of the formation of socialist economic theory system with Chinese characteristics, and Deng Xiaoping's economic thought is the main frame of socialist economic theoretical system with Chinese characteristics. The important thought of "three represents" and the scientific concept of development are the enrichment and development of the theoretical system of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era and new situation. The basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the distribution system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the market economy system with Chinese characteristics, the macro-control of socialism with Chinese characteristics, The economic development view of socialism with Chinese characteristics and many other contents together constitute the economic theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The third part is the focus of this paper, focusing on the relationship between the new democratic economic theory and the socialist economic theory system with Chinese characteristics. Starting from three aspects: the basic economic system, the economic operation mechanism and the concept of economic development, this paper analyzes the inheritance and innovation relationship between the new democratic economic theory and the socialist economic theoretical system with Chinese characteristics in these three aspects. The conclusion of this paper is that the theoretical system of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and innovation of the new democratic economic theory under the new situation.
