孟加拉国联合数字中心对农村发展的影响

孟加拉国联合数字中心(UDC)在全国建立了多用途的远程控制中心。UDC的主要目标是为农村人民服务,让他们在短时间内获得信息设施,实现快速通讯。UDC采用公私合营(PPPP)模式运作,将政府、当地企业家和人民视为利益相关者。在孟加拉国,约4554个UDC通过青年企业家服务于农村人民。本研究的主要目的是探讨UDC对农村发展的影响。本文采用了著名的“创新扩散”理论作为理论框架,结合多元主义研究方法与混合研究方法。从370名与UDC有关的受访者中收集数据,并借助PLS-SEM version 3.2.3和SPSS统计软件version 21对进行结构方程建模分析。本研究建立了三个假设,其中最重要的假设认为UDC与农村发展呈正相关。研究结果表明,由于UDC的积极作用,孟加拉国不同区域之间数字鸿沟正在日益缩小。UDC对改善农村人民生活,加快农村发展意义重大。本文对UDC中企业家的角色进行了研究,发现UDC由于缺乏资金保障,相关部门的资助也较少,而处于相当不稳定的状态。虽然UDC对农村人民的影响是有益的,但需要更有效地加快UDC在农村更广泛的发展。本研究的主要贡献是将UDC作为一种创新措施,UDC的...
