遵化市人社局职业介绍业务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅猛发展和改革开放的不断深入,就业市场呈现多样化和多层次但形势仍然严峻的特点。遵化市人力资源和社会保障局为了解决遵化市就业问题,必须要加快整合社会资源的步伐,缓解遵化市的就业压力。然而遵化市人社局传统的职业介绍业务管理系统已经不能满足当前业务管理复杂而繁多的需求,如多样化和多层次的就业格局为职业介绍业务管理工作带来更多的信息处理量和信息存储量,遵化市人社局工作计划的改变不能及时纳入系统管理。因此设计和实现遵化市人社局职业介绍业务管理系统显得尤为必要。根据遵化市职业介绍工作的实际情况和遵化市人社局职业介绍业务管理系统业务方面的需求,结合当前类似系统通常使用的技术和业内流行的应用技术架构,确定了本系统的技术架构,采用MVC三层设计模式,使用主流的企业级应用解决方案J2EE架构,选用业界常用的Struts+Spring+Hibernate技术实现整个系统,采用关系数据库SQL SERVER 2012。遵化市人社局职业介绍业务管理系统主要实现了职业介绍机构管理业务、求职招聘管理业务、推荐介绍管理业务、现场招聘管理业务、会员单位管理业务和统计分析业务。职业介绍机构管理模块实现了职介机构申请审批登记、职介机构资格注销、职介机构花名册登记、职业介绍补贴申请表录入、职业介绍补贴经费审核、职业介绍信息查询。求职招聘管理模块实现了个人求职信息管理、单位招聘信息管理、求职指导管理、单位招聘指导管理。推荐介绍管理模块实现了推荐管理、反馈管理和推荐介绍查询。现场招聘管理模块实现了展位管理、招聘会管理、招聘反馈管理、现场招聘查询。会员单位管理模块实现了会员资格申请、会员单位信息维护、会员信息查询、会员单位年审、单位违规管理。统计分析模块实现了职业介绍统计、公共就业服务工作情况、统计公共就业服务工作情况、就业再就业工作综合统计、下岗失业人员接受职业指导台账、会员违规信息汇总。遵化市人社局职业介绍业务管理系统的投入使用可以大大减少人社局员工的工作量,摒弃了传统低效的统计分析工作,使用信息化的方法全面准确掌握人社局职业介绍业务的工作开展情况,对于社会资源进行高效整合,有效缓解遵化市的就业压力,并且提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, the employment market has become diversified and multi-level, but the situation is still grim. In order to solve the employment problem in Zunhua City, the Zunhua Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, We must speed up the pace of integrating social resources and ease the employment pressure in Zunhua. However, the traditional job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's Social Affairs Bureau can no longer meet the complex and diverse needs of current business management. For example, diversified and multi-level employment patterns have brought more information processing and information storage to job placement management. The change of the work plan of Zunhua people's social bureau can't be brought into the system management in time. Therefore, it is necessary to design and realize the job introduction business management system of Zunhua's people's social welfare bureau. According to the actual situation of Zunhua's job introduction work. And the business requirements of the job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal Bureau of people's and Social Affairs, Combined with the technology commonly used in the current similar systems and the popular application technology architecture in the industry, the technical framework of the system is determined. The MVC three-tier design pattern is adopted, and the J2EE architecture of the mainstream enterprise application solution is used. The Struts Spring Hibernate technology commonly used in the industry is used to realize the whole system, and the relational database SQL SERVER 2012.The job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's and Social Affairs Bureau mainly realizes the management business of the employment agency and the job recruitment management. Recommended introduction management business, on-site recruitment management business, member unit management business and statistical analysis business. On-site recruitment management module realizes booth management, job fair management, recruitment feedback management. The member unit management module has realized the membership qualification application, the member unit information maintenance, the member information inquiry, the member unit annual review, the unit illegal management. The statistical analysis module has realized the occupation introduction statistics, Public employment service work, statistics on public employment service work, comprehensive statistics on employment re-employment work, and the account of laid-off and unemployed persons receiving vocational guidance, The input and use of the job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's Social Service Bureau can greatly reduce the workload of the staff of the Bureau, and abandon the traditional inefficient statistical analysis work. By using the method of information technology, we can grasp the work of the job introduction business of the Bureau of Human and Social Affairs accurately and comprehensively, integrate the social resources efficiently, effectively relieve the pressure of employment in Zunhua City, and improve the working efficiency.
