关于康复医院人力资源干部队伍建设的思考

【摘要】：康复医院是医疗组织中的重要组成部分,是国家卫生方针政策的具体执行者。在当前社会发展迅速的背景下,现代人更加关注身心的健康,随着社会老龄化程度的加深,我国人口结构的发生了转变,这在很大程度上也影响了我国的医疗社会保障体制,尤其是对医疗、健康、养老体制的影响更是非常直接。康复医院作为重要的分支,就要不断加强自身管理,注重干部的培养,强化责任意识和服务意识,培养一支能够科学管理、并具有奉献精神和创新思维的服务性干部队伍,才能更好地帮助康复医院开展管理,更好的服务病患。
