谨防农地股份合作中的农民权益受损

【摘要】：农地股份合作制是我国农地改革中基层自发的探索与创造。在其运行过程中,出现了农民权益受损的问题,应通过完善农地股份合作的法律法规、转变基层政府职能、健全农地股份合作社治理机制、完善农村社会保障体系、提高农民维权意识和能力等途径,保障农民权益。
[Abstract]:The cooperative system of shares in agricultural land is a spontaneous exploration and creation in the reform of agricultural land in our country. In the course of its operation, the farmers' rights and interests have been damaged, and the functions of the grass-roots government should be changed by perfecting the laws and regulations of the cooperation of shares in agricultural land. Improve the governance mechanism of agricultural land stock cooperatives, improve the rural social security system, improve the awareness and ability of farmers to protect the rights and interests of farmers.
